KWIK App - Terms and Conditions of Use

 1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the KWIK App ("the App") by employees of KWIK LLC ("the Company"). By accessing or using the App, employees agree to comply with these terms.

2. Authorized Users

-              The App is strictly for use by authorized employees of the Company.

-              Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

3. Purpose of the App

The App is provided as an internal tool to facilitate Company operations, including but not limited to:

-              Communication 

-              Task management 

-              Documentation and record-keeping 

-              Compliance tracking 

-              Sales data and analytics management 

Employees must use the App solely for purposes related to their professional duties.

 4. Acceptable Use

Employees must:

-              Use the App in a manner consistent with Company policies.

-              Avoid uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to work activities.

-              Report any technical issues, errors, or breaches of the Terms and Conditions to the IT Department promptly.

Employees must not:

-              Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.

-              Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software into the App.

-              Engage in activities that compromise the security or functionality of the App.

 5. Data Privacy and Security

-              The App may collect and store employee data necessary for its operation. The Company is committed to protecting this data in compliance with applicable laws.

-              Employees must ensure that sensitive Company data accessed or transmitted via the App remains secure.

 6. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality within the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, and documents, are the property of KWIK LLC. Employees are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying the content without prior written authorization.

 7. Monitoring and Compliance

The Company reserves the right to monitor App activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any misuse of the App may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

8. Updates and Maintenance

-              The Company may update the App periodically to enhance functionality or address technical issues.

-              Employees are required to update their devices with the latest version of the App when prompted.

9. Termination of Access

-              Employee access to the App will be revoked upon termination of employment or at the Company’s discretion.

-              Employees must delete any locally stored App data or files upon termination of access.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

-              Loss or corruption of data due to technical issues.

-              Unauthorized access resulting from employee negligence.

-              Employee misuse of the App leading to disciplinary action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, employees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
